The Association Léonard de Vinci and Devinci Executive Education are each responsible for processing. This is the body that determines the purposes and methods of processing your personal data.

Registration on the website

Use and transmission of your personal data

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset e-mail.

Data storage periods

We will retain your personal information for 2 years after users terminate their account or for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may need to retain certain information for longer periods, for example for record-keeping or reporting purposes in accordance with applicable legislation or for other legitimate reasons such as the enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregated information, which do not allow you to be identified (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.
